The Lounge

The Lounge is one of the most relaxed spaces in the house, with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a dining table. With its welcoming atmosphere and log fire during the colder months, it is a favourite place for informal meetings, evening conversations, or simply unwinding after a full day.

The John Young

Lined with a thoughtful collection of theological and spiritual books, the John Young Reading Room offers a quiet place for reflection and study. Suitable for small groups of 6–8 people, it can also serve as a peaceful breakout space for reading, conversation, or personal reflection during retreats.

The Lichfield

The Lichfield Room is our largest meeting space, accommodating up to 40 people in a conference-style layout. With triple-aspect garden views, a large screen for presentations, and a hearing loop system, it is well suited to larger meetings, training sessions, and group gatherings.

The John Cox

Ideal for small groups of up to around 20 people, the John Cox Suite offers a self-contained meeting space that can be arranged to suit your needs. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and views across the grounds, creating a pleasant and focused environment for workshops, training sessions, or group discussions.

The Webster

A flexible and intimate space overlooking the back lawn, the Webster Room can be arranged as a small boardroom, dining space, or creative room for up to eight people. With natural light and views of the gardens, it provides a calm and comfortable setting for conversation, planning, or small group work.

The Dining Room

The Dining Room is one of the central gathering spaces within the house and can seat up to 40 guests. Light and welcoming, it provides a flexible setting for shared meals, group discussions, or informal meetings. Tables can be arranged to suit the needs of your group, creating either a communal atmosphere or smaller clusters for conversation.

The Conservatory

A bright and peaceful space overlooking the gardens, the Conservatory offers the perfect place to pause during the day. Guests often gather here during breaks to enjoy a cup of tea, conversation, or a quiet moment while taking in the changing seasons across the grounds.
